IEC@DVC is proud to be one of 14 EducationUSA Academies and the only campus on the West Coast! This fast-paced Academy is a pre-university, academic enrichment program for international teens aged 15-18. Students live with an American homestay family and take classes at DVC and IEC@DVC, located in the San Francisco Bay Area. Participants will improve their academic English skills, learn about the higher education system in the US, visit local university campuses, and participate in community service and cultural activities. Our STEAM focus allows participants to explore high tech in the Bay Area; through our specially designed curriculum, tech company visits, and projects. Many activities and class assignments are devoted to the fascinating world of technology and innovation, inspired by nearby Silicon Valley.
